Since 2016, I have been immersed in the sector, and by 2019 became an early mover, recruiting for companies across Canada’s federally legalized market & the early EU cananbis market. Since launching Emerald Lane Recruitment, we've helped scale teams across five continents and 11 countries, supporting legal markets at every stage of development. My prior career background spans program management, public health, and policy—with experience at Health Canada, multinational finance firms, tech start-ups, and cancer research organizations.
