Why Europe Needs the Cannabis Industry for a Sustainable Future

Harnessing the sustainability benefits of the cannabis plant

Few crops, if any, possess the potential to help humanity and the planet like the cannabis plant and its unique properties. Cannabis is extremely versatile and can be used to clean up toxic industrial sites, create effective medications, and boost local economies. A team of expert panelists will analyze the role of cannabis in supporting the EU’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), advancing public health outcomes, providing clean energy, contributing to sustainable cities, and furthering social equity efforts.
