The Talman Group Announces Changes In Executive Team

The Talman Group is happy to announce the promotion of Jakob Jez to Chief Operating Officer. Jakob has been instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations at the Talman Group’s headquarters in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and is a vital contributor to the rapid growth and success of our company. Jakob will continue to work closely with Talman CEO Alex Rogers to produce outstanding events and level up the Talman House platform and services.

Current Chief Operating Officer Justin Tombe will be transitioning to the position of Chief Development Officer. With decades of experience in the industry, Justin is well-suited to seek out new opportunities and develop strategic relationships to strengthen our team and benefit our members. With a strong presence in North America and Europe, Justin will play an important role in bridging the Talman Group with the best and brightest of the international industry.

This reorganization will more accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities fulfilled by the Talman team and help us to be more effective in our core mission of serving the industry and supporting our Talman House members and portfolio companies in achieving their goals. We are excited by what the future holds for all of us in 2025 and beyond!
